At The Christy Law Firm, we offer a variety of estate planning services at fixed prices, so that we can meet your individual needs, as well as your budget. Instead of charging a high hourly rate for our services, we make it clear in the beginning exactly how much our legal services will cost.  Flexible payment plans are also available, offering you the opportunity to spread the cost over several months.

While any of the services offered below can be purchased individually, and without incurring any further obligations, a comprehensive estate plan includes not just for the disposition of your assets at your death, but also for decision-making in the event of a disabling illness. Accordingly, for a comprehensive estate plan, we recommend obtaining a health care power of attorney, which names an agent responsible for medical decision-making, as well as a durable financial power of attorney, which names an agent responsible for asset management, bill paying, and other financial activities, in addition to a Last Will and Testament.

All of our legal services include explicit instructions on the execution and storage of your legal documents.
